The Annual General Meeting will be held on:

Wednesday June 26th, 2019

Brockville Convention Center

7829 Kent Boulevard,

Brockville, ON K6V 7J9

The meeting starts at 5:00 pm with light dinner and a presentation: What does supported decision making mean for all of us? How is this different than Guardianship or Power of Attorney.

Join our expert panel for an evening conversation to explore this very important topic. Let’s start thinking more deeply about who and what is involved and the benefits that supported decision making can have to our loved ones.

Brendon Pooran created Pooran Law to provide support to disability organizations and to influence disability law and policy throughout Canada.

Audrey Cole is an activist, educator, and lecturer with deep roots in the Community Living movement.

Gordon Kyle is the Director of Policy Analysis, Planning and Accountability & Administrative Justice Support Network for Community Living Ontario.

The business portion of the meeting will follow. You can get your 2019/2020 membership at the office prior to June 20th or at the Annual General Meeting. Please note that only current 2018/2019 members are eligible to vote at the meeting.

I look forward to seeing you there.
